I offer therapy exclusively via telehealth, with flexible appointment times including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to accommodate busy schedules. I help children and teens navigate emotional challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma by creating a safe, supportive space where they can express themselves freely. Whether through play, conversation, or creative expression, I meet each young person where they are and help them feel seen, heard, and understood. While we can't change difficult experiences from the past, we can work together to understand their impact, build healthy coping strategies, and move toward healing. My goal is to empower each child and teen to develop confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self. I'm passionate about helping young people reconnect with their inner strength and grow socially, emotionally, and personally.
